[AusNOG] Optus Wholesale Ethernet services in BNE

AusNOG,

Does anyone have a contact for an account manager/sales rep familiar with Optus layer 2 Ethernet services in Brisbane? I need a point to point VLAN but despite their most valiant efforts transferring me between departments, I was unable to locate anyone who could help me.

If someone could give me a nudge in the right direction I would be most appreciative.
