[AusNOG] International traffic issues yesterday

Concur with James.

I think Reach had a hiccup in Sydney.   They have capacity on 3+  
systems out of Sydney (AJC, Endeavour and SCCN) from two sites (Oxford  
Falls and Paddington) so I'm guessing it was something either SDH  
related or a config error.
