[AusNOG] International traffic issues yesterday

no idea, didn't notice anything here so don't expect it was anything  
SX related.

if it was a specific cable effected it wouldn't have been so great,  
telstra has a bunch of them right, so i'd guess a problem within the  
Reach network not a specific cable.
