[AusNOG] That list [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Whats hilarious is that there's completely functional, documented ways
of pushing out hashed arrangements of URLs (and URL partials) for distributing
blacklists without actually publishing the blacklist.

I'd have done it for a Squid plugin if I ever got the bloody blacklist(s).
