Now that the list is out, it presents very good cases for and against; 
an open list.

Noting from http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2009/03/19/1237054961100.html

The list includes:
- a dental surgery
- a boarding kennel
- gambling sites
- youtube
- wikipedia pages

Which imho are a good example of why the list should be open and debatable.
On the other hand, having this list available now WITHOUT having the 
relevant sites blocked is just asking for trouble.

Conroy should be held responsible for this.. handing the list out to the 
cheapest ISP's he could find was a bad idea.
