I think you are correct Geoff, I was at ANSTO (or the AAEC) then, and we
didn't have any international link then, nor was Phil at ANSTO then, he
came much later.

And again, true, since I setup their first ACSnet link, and we were fed
by Sydney Uni, not the other way around.
