[AusNOG] Sat link in Indonesia

I'm not that across satellite, but they have different beams/ 
transponders mostly controlled by different people and that cover  
different areas.

If you take your 2 way system to an area not covered by the beam of  
the people who you've got a contract with then it won't work.

However if it does then it'll work.  But you maybe seriously breaking  
local law and could be jailed, so do it carefully.
