Please be assured our Network Engineers are treating this as a priority matter and are currently working to return all services to normal. We will keep you informed on our service resolution progress.

If it's the same outgage that has just been resolved, then I thought it was power related. The message I got was:

"Optus advised that Commercial Power failure in  Building in Elizabeth St Sydney and they are heading to site with a Generator to supply power for transmission equipment."

Maybe these recent power issues will cause POP/DC providers to consider their own redundancies and maybe check they work too. We can but hope...
