[AusNOG] Conroy announcement on filtering

I'm not 100% sure what Google actually host here, but yes they have
servers established in Australia distributing content (and have for some
time).  CDN's can pose a rather large problem.  Perhaps the government
should establish their own Google-DNS type system to block...  I better
stop with that joke just in case some muppet thinks it might be a good
idea...
