[AusNOG] Optus/Powertel SHDSL Uptime History

Hi,

We're doing some preliminary work for a client, and I am wondering if  
anyone has some uptime statistics on SHDSL tails through Powertel and  
Optus.

Realistically, what sort of uptime should we expect on these services,  
all things being equal and our equipment not being at fault?  
Basically, we are trying to work out/reassure on the risk of using  
these tails.
