You would think that given

> One of the emergency diesel generators failed to start due to a
> synchronization processor failure.

They might not say the following

> The upgrade of the CitiPower substation that is planned for this  
> coming
> weekend, will continue as previously advised.

And that they might wait until the gens can be guaranteed to start and  
sync properly.

Or perhaps I dont appreciate the logistics behind the work that is  
happening next weekend. :-)
