So wrong, but so true.

We have about 60 BB connections and most work well.

Its when things go wrong that there is no process for escalation - except to write nasty letters to Telstra management.

I don't like doing it but when my customers are losing money so are we.

Once the right people are on the job they actually are pretty good at getting the job done.

Imagine how hard they would be to compete with if they were competent?

You only have to answer the phone with a human to beat them for
business grade service.
