[AusNOG] Bigpond contact

Hi there,

We are experiencing a complete SMTP connectivity block between our 
network in Canada to Bigpond, and we have not had any luck emailing 
postmaster@ (from networks known to be successfully delivering email to 
Bigpond) to get into contact with someone to help resolve the issue.

Would someone from Bigpond be so kind as to contact me off-list to help 
resolve the issue?
