[AusNOG] Small Pipe BNE/Agile issue

Skeeve,
We distribute routes nationally - so we see 203.206.139.64/26 from iiNET 
on PIPE SYD, MEL, CAN, ADE.  Just not PIPE Brisbane.   We see the /24 
much more widely including from WAIX and PIPE BNE and other sources.

As to why, you'd have to ask iiNET.  I'm guessing given what's on that 
/26 it's a traffic engineering type thing.
