An angle of attack which needs to be used fairly early in the debate
that's forming:

Make Conroy defend his false claim that the restrictions "work" in
the UK and Scandanavia.

They don't.  The notion that Government-restricted material is
unavailable to UK Internet users is pure fantasy, and that's something
which needs to start showing up as an authoritative conclusive rebuttal
in these articles very early on in the public debate, because the
"success" of those European schemes is clearly a centrepiece of the
Government's justification.

(as judged from the fact that Conroy keeps repeating it -- I've seen it
in five articles in less than two days)

If Conroy wants to keep repeating that clearly false talking point, he
needs to define "successful" first.
