huh? telstra is 850?

e160e:
HSDPA / UMTS: 850 / 1900 / 2100MHz
- GSM / GPRS: 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900MHz

So why has a week ago my 3G signal been gone, if they are still using 850,
and this stick is 850
grrrrrrrrrrr
