[AusNOG] TID Routing Issue

Is there anyone on list who can help with a TID routing issue?

What should have been a simple "delete route" - "add route" via Custdata has gone completely titsup. The delete worked but the add didn't with the status stuck in "Approved, Pending Action" since 7:30pm last night.

TID helpdesk are not being very helpful.
