[AusNOG] Ezisite Hosting

Hi All, trivial question perhaps, but I am trying to track down a DNS problem for a customer who doesn't know who hosts their website or email, strange but true....
 
I can see that their domain name servers are ns1.nocservers.net.au and ns2.nocservers.net.au but can't work out who those servers actually belong to so that I can try and contact their hosting company.
In their cpanel login I can see the server it's hosted on is ezisite but can't really find out too much about them either when searching except for a company in the US which I can only think means that somebody in Aus is just reselling their service.
 
What would be the best way to try and work out who owns these servers and provides the customer with their hosting ?
