There is always the Dell 8024F.

You can pick up for just over 2k on ebay.

24x SFP+ with 4x combo for copper.

Cisco style CLI, so no real learning curve there.

I've had good results pushing 2x 10Gbit streams between 4 nodes on one
switch.
