Indeed - we've only been telling people for about 15 years that the moment you turn on
end-to-end IPv6 capability things should and will just switch over and use IPv6
under-the-covers - correctly by design.

Its really a case of treating layer-4+ issues within layer-4+, rather than blaming
layer-3 for working as it should.

If you are getting SMTP connections by IPv6 without reverse DNS, then do whatever you
do when you get SMTP connections by IPv4 without reverse DNS.
Why would anyone expect any different?

(Terry - I suspect a scudmail to AusNOG may not reduce the volume of your problem
connection attempts by much, or the number of educational emails you'll need to send
out, but I hope it made you feel better :-)
