[AusNOG] Trouble with an ex-Customer

I'm with many here, as much as any write off is bad, it might be cheaper
and a simpler solution to just walk away.

Provide them with what they want (in terms of a handover document) and
outsource the unpaid invoices to a debt collector.

The amount of time you'll spend ringing detectives, lawyers, preparing
statements etc, is time lost that you could be spending with clients who
want and need your services. So ultimately you'll end up running up and
wasting more money than you would just walking away.

As others have suggested, given the current tactics they've employed so
far, means they are somewhat clueless in how they approach their
vendors/service providers and is probably a sign of times to come.
