Fulcrum silicon inside it.  it will be manufactured by Quanta.  same 

the switch in question might be suitable for some things.  its awful at others.  the clue is in knowing.
as someone who designs switches for a living, the saying "you get what you pay for" applies.

i would not be recommending using current generation 10GbaseT PHYs.
