[AusNOG] Primus BGP support

All, Alex,
Just to clarify.  BGP Faults are indeed 7x24 and will be escalated urgently
and appropriately.

BGP Installation support is only available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm without
prior arrangement.

This communication was obviously not made clear and we apologise for the
confusion.
