We use Equinix facilities on 3 different continents.   They provide a 
great service for operating a network remotely - highly recommended.  
Equinix Sydney has access to Equinix Sydney IX and PIPE IX as well as 
probably the largest choice of bandwidth (including us :-).

QV1 is a building, you'd need to find someone who has space inside which 
can offer remote hands.
