Daniel,
Just a reminder now that you've been moderated from ausnog, doesn't mean you can bring your banal drivel over here.

This is more of an ausnog topic than it is a classifieds related topic.

About Classifieds

This list is for the notification of any second-hand or surplus networking or data centre related hardware, components, or IPv4 address blocks that are for sale or trade. It can also be used for AusNOG participants to seek used hardware. The list is for network operators to post to, not vendors to advertise on. Further this is NOT a discussion list, all responses MUST be sent to the original poster, not this list. Failure to adhere to this will result in removal of posting rights or un-subscription.

Gday List,

Wondering if anybody would be interesting in designing a simple script to disable and undisable interfaces on a vyatta instance via a whmcs module?

If a customer doesn't pay on time, the cron will initiate the module to suspend the vyatta

Please let me know off-list

Gday Guys

Just wondering if anybody would be interested in developing such a module for whmcs to monitor and show graphs and bill for overage above the customers set limit?

There used to be a module for this by cactistats but they have disappeared :S

To be honest, best way to do this for both data accounting and interface disabling, would be best done with Radius accounting and having each server ppp to a pppoe server (not sure if vyatta has this available).

Accounting packets are possibly more accurate than cacti polling.

These guys are really good - http://www.modulesgarden.com/

They made our modules for OnApp for creating VPS, CDN, DNS, load balancer etc

Cheers,
