Vodaphone mobile is reportedly down nationwide, but there's a big<br>
spike in reports on downdetector across multiple services around the<br>
same time - and my BGP to Optus spent a while performing a bunch of<br>
flaps I haven't seen in quite some time (anecdotally, my home internet<br>
dropped around the same time and isn't with either Vodaphone or<br>
Optus).<br>

Could be these are completely unrelated - but is anyone else seeing<br>
similar junk this morning?<br>
