<p class="MsoNormal">Is anyone having issues connecting to services in AWS in us-east-1 via Telstra?<br>

Our service has gone down for all our users who are on Telstra (2000+), but not for any users on other ISPs.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Just spoke to someone at AWS who wasn’t very helpful, so I suspect the only way to resolve it would be to talk to someone at Telstra. Is there a phone number or email address for these kinds of incidents?<o:p></o:p></p>
