(TWNIC), India (IRINN), Japan (JPNIC) and China (CNNIC) as they all oppose these bad actors and already control a large number of votes due to their APNIC member status, making them the most likely candidates to support and carry the proposed by-law variations
into reality.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
