<p class="MsoNormal">In defense of Chad I’m pretty sure he’s just pointing out the discrepancy that has occurred through domain registration which anyone can do which is unfortunately part of the domain registration system we have.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Anyone can claim they are a business and put in an ABN and claim to be registering the domain as a verified representative of said ABN. There is no verification process outside of ABN active checks and potentially name checks here unless
things have changed since I helped get an AuDA registrar up and running in a previous role.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If customer says they are X, ABN register checks out, domain registered.<o:p></o:p></p>
