Anyone from Superloop on this list? I

I'm doing last-minute checking on preparedness for the upcoming roll of the DNS KSK in a couple of days time (October 11) and users in Superloop are showing a clear signal that the new key has not been included in this ISP's resolver trusted key set - if this is not fixed immediately then DNS things will break after the key rolls. :-(
