[AusNOG] Spectrum planning contacts for these license holders?

Hi Mike,
Generally you would talk to someone at the ACMA first, as they are the
keepers of all spectrum. Then they can setup a meeting with the affected
parties if they think it might be a problem.
This sort of thing also happens when legacy P2MP site licenses potentially
overlap with new 5G spectrum allocations, which happened in the 3.5G band.
Sometimes it involves sending a letter, don't expect quick results!
Out near Burra some of the more enthusiastic Wind Power builders used to
send letters asking for feedback about potential reflections from their
turbine blades, but I don't recall anything ever changing because of it.
