[AusNOG] Optus Email/Postmaster Support

Hi All — Currently having issues with one of my clients sending domains to Optus (optusnet.com.au).
Tried to get in contact with the team via the regular support channels but I'm not an Optus customer, so not getting anywhere. I'd rather resolve the issue provider to provider rather than have their clients raise individual support cases for the same thing...
Is there someone here from who can assist off-list? Many thanks in advance.
