Shane, we've been seeing issues as well which MS have confirmed. Nothing published on their service status board as of yet.

Yes, we are at Vonex, yet if I forward our DNS requests via 1.1.1.1, no problems.
I did open a ticket with MS365 support but no response.
However, we are also seeing issues getting responses back from Azure VMs so we are thinking it may be our uplink path as testing via my Telstra 5G works.
Still investigating.
As far and DNS, I tested manually with a mix of dig and ngrep on my DNS server and got no further than two levels of authoritative NS servers in the Microsoft landscape. The IPs that did not respond were hosted in Azure and is probably related to the issue we are having above.
