[AusNOG] 365 DNS issues

Hello Mate,

Are you getting mail bounces or what are the symptoms you’re seeing/

I’m not able to reproduce anything after a few brief checks, haven’t had any helpdesk tickets from any of our hosting customers this morning and I’ve been getting a fairly steady amount of external mail coming in although to be fair I haven’t checked if that is internal to O365.

I also had a look through logs on some of our mail gateways that send hundreds of thousands of mails an hour and I can’t see an excessive amount of deferals from outlook.com at a glance.

Just wondering if others are still seeing issues with DNS resolution of
365 domains?

Im seeing communication errors when trying to resolve anything in the
*..mail.protection.outlook.com for the last 12 hours or so.
