[AusNOG] Telstra Outage?

 That looks like a different issue and the News is just 'throwing it
together' to cause 'mass panic'. The video report stated issues were
affected between 3:30am and 5am in which the man passed away.Everywhere
I've seen says the issue is happening now (and started at 12noon AEDT)
