[AusNOG] ZA > AU Private links

Anyone running a private L3 link between ZA & AU that doesn't use the SAFE undersea cable that gets decent latency (sub 300ms) ?

Looking for a carrier and fibre diverse option as Optus AU are exiting the international market and can no longer guarantee routes through Sout East Asia.
