[AusNOG] Packet loss issues

Good Evening team

I hope everyone is well. We have two transiting services which helps us provide a voice product to our client's  which use Vocus and TPG networks in Queensland. We seem to have an ongoing packet loss in Queensland. I have had tickets logged with both Vocus and TPG for a little while now and not capturing the issue. If someone can contact me off list. Issues happened on the 21/11/2024 1/12/2024 and tonight 10/12/24. Would be funny if it's the fornite update as my 12-year-old would get the prize :0
