Good Afternoon
We had seen some major packet loss issues between different providers on Sunday afternoon which lined up with a game update... Could this be related?

VoIP quality with WiFi Calling or to a specific VoIP provider? Across multiple NBN RSP's?

Subject: [AusNOG] VoIP Call Quality
Hi all,
We have several clients across multiple states reporting call drops and degraded quality (ie: crackling, fuzzyness).
We're trying to narrow down any common factors and we suspect it might be Telstra with issues but we're not certain yet.
Anyone experiencing or having clients reporting call quality issues on VoIP?
Just wanting to verify if it might be something limited to us and our clients or something bigger.
I can see some Telstra works happening in VIC but that's about it so far.
