[AusNOG] Inligo progressing cable landing station in Darwin

This appeared in the local press. Darwin international cable looks to be happening fantastic news for Australia and Darwin. 
Suggesting connection to the Adelaide to Darwin system will also use the station. 
We are about to have a new international gateway close to Asia.
