Back when I bought tons of these and sold a few as well these are drop shipped when ordered from Cisco in the USA via UPS Express. The suppliers can’t go to Cisco and say send me 10 to keep in stock (they wouldn’t when I was selling them)
They come pretty quick once ordered (assuming in stock) According to the sheet there is about 150 days lead time for the MX75
