Probably not. We tried this exact thing as a FTTN test bench in the office with the same/similar device and none the modems we tried would sync.
Meanwhile if anyone has suggestions for the above (ie, a 1-4 port cheap micro “DSLAM”), I’d love to hear!

Never Tried it and likely a waste of time but if you put your working one into CO mode would a regular VDSL modem connect to it?
