[AusNOG] Streaming telemetry in the wild

From the off-list replies (and thanks to everyone that sent one!) it looks popular to use a stack of :
Pipeline or Telegraf or gNMIc for collecting metrics
Prometheus or Influxdb for storage
Grafana for all the cool visuals
