[AusNOG] Shipping equipment to the US - Courier Recommendations

We agree with Nathan.
Not to take sides, but the big fruit still use DHL and the service level at
delivery has a thorough feel that the others lack (or aren't as strong at).
I'd trust them to get it right (A to B, in tact).
