Optus only allow domestic ranges access to WiFi calling. Check your IPs against the geolocation databases.

The source IPs are not google cloud addresses, rather PaloAlto addresses from within 134.238.0.0/16.
I’d expect them to have better reputation than the general google cloud ones.
Issue could be geolocation I suppose…

This can be a problem itself, there has been so much crap coming from their cloud ip ranges, a lot of places are blocking them, they are almost as bad as digitalsewer (aka digitalocean), rather than play wack-a-mole, they just block all of it, since google keep the cloud users ranges nowhere near their traditional mail/search ranges. You will also find many doing the same to microsofts as well.
