[AusNOG] Optus routing/internet issues ... again?

I had a scheduled change with Optus cancelled by them due to an emergency embargo now being in place. seems this is why

Anyone else having issues with Optus (AS7474) transit in Perth today? I can ping the BGP peer on the other end of the link, and exchange routing data, but nothing is happening past that point.

Their helpdesk now has a recording “We are experiencing issues with data services” in place of the IVR.
