[AusNOG] Promotional material at AusNOG Events.

Hi Terry,

Do you have more information on the new Ausnog structure, membership
requirements etc;

There doesn't appear to have been a single email to the list about the
changes mentioned at the last AusNOG. The website also doesn't have any
information about the new structure, and still lists yourself on the board.
