Hey Andres,

Microsoft stopped peering with route servers globally about 5 years ago,
you need to request bilateral BGP session over MegaIX using their web
portal.
Start at https://peering.azurewebsites.net/ for their policies etc, follow
the links through for "Public / Exchange" peering (
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/internet-peering/howto-exchange-portal)
and then follow the steps to request within their portal.

Any issues reach out to your Megaport account team or shoot an email over
to ix at megaport.com and we'll help guide you through the process. Note
Microsoft do not accept all peering requests, so do review their peering
policy. If you meet their policy you will have no issues.
