[AusNOG] Optus NOC - Routing issues

Hello,

Could someone from optus NOC please contact me off list?

I am seeing some routing issues on the Optus network to our hosted email
server with canadianwebhosting.com and their related ip ranges.

I am able to ping the addresses from the Optus Sydney looking-glass, but
when testing from two separate Optus connections in Sydney it fails.

Cannot reach 216.187.109.216 ( IP address of canadianwebhosting.com)  &
67.231.22.32 ( Mail server in question)  along with many other ranges.
