FS has been good here too. I think we've had one GLC-T and one 80km 8Gbps FC SFP fail out of 1000+ SFPs/AOCs/DACs that we've ordered. We used to order a spare for each model and DWDM colour we ordered but we mostly don't bother with that now, since the Melbourne warehouse was setup and reliability has been high.

Their sales people are really helpful too and respond quickly. They get techs involved for anything they can't answer themselves.

Will give them a go with the 40km units. Cheap really compared to the service cost. Good to hear some positive reports.
