Maybe it's because of where I live, but I work for
for the ILEC here in Hawaii and our graphs don't
show much of a difference.  In fact, we're still
below the traffic levels of the CoD release 5-6 
days ago.  Another example; Apple Peering traffic
is below normal levels.
